Injection Membership $50/mo

  • 5 units of Cosmetic Injection credit per month
  • $10 / unit for each additional unit purchased
  • $50 off each full syringe of Dermal Filler



Membership Details:
Memberships will be charged monthly on the day of the month that you signed up.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing membership payment.

All memberships are non-transferable & nonrefundable.
You may put your membership on hold for $5 per month.

A 12-month commitment is required at the time of sign-up. 60 day written notice is
required to cancel your membership after your 12 months has passed.

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, converted, or applied toward other services,treatments, products or memberships.
