With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, including her work as a former Aveda educator, Heidi is passionate about creating elevated experiences that blend scalp health, relaxation, and exceptional care.

Known for her calming presence and attention to detail, she specializes in luxury headspa treatments designed to help guests feel refreshed, renewed, and cared for. Her mission is simple: to create a space where serenity takes root and every guest leaves feeling their absolute best

Outside of work, Russ leads an active lifestyle, enjoying Zumba, Yoga, and Pump classes, as well as spending time in nature.

As a dedicated Massage Therapist, Emma is passionate about helping clients restore balance to their mind, body and soul She believes deeply in the power of healing touch, compassionate connection, creativity and kindness. Specializing in Swedish massage, cupping & therapeutic bodywork her goal is to create a supportive, nurturing space where every guest feels cared for, relaxed and renewed. 

Outside of the treatment room Emma enjoys making art, writing poetry and teaching art classes. She also loves cooking, spending time outdoors in nature, dancing, and being with her wonderful friends and family.

Massage Therapist

Betsy wants to help people feel good in their bodies. Her goal is to help clients manage pain without pharmaceutical drugs. Health is such a passion of hers. Betsy is also certified in Swedish stone, PNMT & Cranial Sacral therapy as well. When she's not at Spargo you will find her managing terrain parks at a ski hill during the winter months as well as making snow, grooming the hills and best of all snowboarding!

Salon Director / Hair Stylist

From cuts to color, Paige takes time to consult and make sure you reach a level of comfort and understanding for your desired style. Her specialties include hand painted hair color, formal updos and men's cuts but she doesn't stop there!  She is certified in Hand Tied & tape-in Weft Extensions and Keratin Treatments. Paige's thirst to constantly learn and grow with all new trends and techniques has taken her all over the country for advanced training.

Hair Stylist

Trish, as a seasoned hairstylist is very passionate about fulfilling her client's expectations. She takes great joy in building confidence and being able to be trusted to care for your hair. When Trish is not at work you will find her spending time with family, cooking, travelling to Door County, and taking long walks in nature. She's an avid WI sports fan and loves the Packers, Brewers and Bucks!

Lindsey is a very detail-oriented stylist passionate about crafting personalized cuts, colors & styles that empower clients to look and feel their best. Outside the salon, she enjoys traveling with her family, playing pickleball, coaching her daughters' basketball team, and actively participating in her church community.

Kathryns experience, paired with her enthusiasm inspires precise cuts, tasteful color, and individualized style. She believes that collaboration with each client is key to helping them feel beautiful while expressing their uniqueness. When not at the salon, you will find Kathryn soaking up quality family time with her adored husband and three young children.

She is a R+Co ambassador and always looking for new growth opportunities.  Maddy loves to travel and learn about different cultures. Her goal is to eventually travel the world!
