We require that our Professional Hair Stylists:

Can perform a full spectrum color, cut, style, treatments and consultation services for our clients

Have exceptional cutting services and techniques

Offer updos, blowouts, bridal, hair extensions, and perms

Present a polished, professional image at all times

Record detailed notes for all clients in the computer, within 24 hours of appointment date, including formulations used and treatment preferences and any notable client information

Have a natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments

Display a professional, positive, outgoing, energetic and respectful attitude towards clients and coworkers

Maintain professional correspondence with clients, including writing thank you notes and other treatment follow up communications to develop and retain repeat clients

Always striving to learn more by continuing to educate yourself

Actively and regularly participate in sales and marketing events, campaigns and assigned tasks to grow business, create repeat client requests and meet sales and retail goals

Stay up-to-date and educated on retail lines and products and proactively promote these products to salon clients

Attends all staff required meetings

Are able to willing to complete side work and duties as directed by leadership team

Have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
