The employee will be required to operate the following tools: nippers, files, buffers, cuticle removers, polishes, acetone, foot file, lotions, scrubs, hot cabbie, and paraffin heater

Performs nail services that meet the established guidelines for the type of service offering and that fulfill guest expectations in the area of nail grooming, polish application, massage and exfoliation

Responsible for performing nail care services and working with the highest quality of customer service

Ensures the “Spargo Experience” for guests by maintaining the standards set in Spargo

Maintains the highest level of nail care knowledge for both hands and feet

Creates and maintains client cards and treatment notes, when appropriate

Performs all treatments on services menu based upon current licensure

Ensures that work areas are clean and set according to procedures

Strong ability to sell and cross-sell salon and spa products and services

Have an excellent standard of customer service and maintains protocols

Ensure safety of clients at all times when performing treatments.

Show a professional appearance reflecting the industry

Always striving to learn more by continuing to educate yourself

Valid state license in nail services or other credentials required by the state

Previous nail technician experience

Customer service experience, preferably in a spa

Must be able to build rapport with guest

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must be a self starter and a team player

Polite, kind, considerate, and friendly

Must hold a Wisconsin Nail Technician and/or Cosmetology License
