Spargo Salon & Spa is located conveniently in Pewaukee Wisconsin, servicing the Metro Milwaukee Lake Country area. We are a fast-growing premiere destination for hair, skin, massage, body and wellness looking to add Client Care Coordinators to our team. The Client Care Coordinator plays a critical role as the face of the spa as they are the first face that clients see when they come in for appointments, and the last face they see on their way out. Our Client Care Coordinators are responsible for knowing all Salon and Spa services and amenities, greeting guests with a welcoming demeanor, scheduling appointments, checking guests in and out, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, along with ensuring retail area is stocked and filled. We require that our Client Care Coordiators:

Have previous customer service experience (spa or medispa is a plus).

Able to use a computer, type quickly and efficiently and have the ability to learn new software.

Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills, including professional phone & e-mail etiquette

A caring, outgoing individual who is able to meet/exceed customer expectations.

Are able to maintain composure regardless of situation or personality type.

Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Desire to work in a team environment.

Have strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Work well under pressure.
