Spargo Salon & Spa is located conveniently in Pewaukee Wisconsin, servicing the Metro Milwaukee Lake Country area. We are a fast-growing premiere destination for hair, skin, body and wellness. We are looking for an experienced Aesthetician to provide Medical Grade Skin and body treatments. We require that our Providers:

Proven experience providing medical grade skincare treatments for all skin types; including but not limited to: microneedling, dermaplane, hydrafacial, chemical peels, laser hair removal, light therapy, body treatments and lash & brow services.

Strong ability to sell and cross-sell aesthetic, skin care and medical spa products and services

Advise recommendations for various Spa treatment, Skin regimens based on client consultations.

Have an excellent standard of service and maintains protocols.

Ensure safety of clients at all times when performing treatments.

Show a professional appearance reflecting the industry.

Accuratly chart clinical documentation of each client.

Attends all staff required meetings.

Always striving to learn more by continuing to educate yourself.

Requirements

Licensed Aesthetician

Certified Laser Technician

Previous experience in medical spa

Strong understanding of HIPAA

Strong organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must be a self starter and a team player.

Polite, kind, considerate, and friendly

Knowledgeable of various Medical Spa services and skin care.

Must hold a WI Esthetician or Cosmetologist license

Must maintain yearly Continued Education and stay current on product lines & services.
